This coaching program is designed to work in parallel to whichever plan you prefer. I have clients following Slimming World, Weight Watchers, Keto, calorie counting and others. Don't have a plan? No problem, I can help you find one that's right for you

My firm belief is that losing weight permanently can only happen with a healthy mindset & focus on wellbeing. We create an environment for you to build self-esteem, confidence and develop habits that are in line with your goals.

Because of the coaching methods and tools used, you can begin making changes and seeing results immediately. We identify self limiting beliefs together and begin creating a new foundation based on self-compassion and confidence.

One to One support

You are fully supported throughout your coaching journey. I typically meet with clients every week for a coaching session, and then regular check-ins in between. We look at your goals together and provide a framework for you to achieve them
